What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company and country, the type of help you need and your message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. They are stored with our web and email host.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@clouviotech.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't collect personal data. This site uses no advertising cookies. The contact form uses one short-lived session cookie to prevent spam.
